Today marks a historic moment for the North West Region as the Prime Minister, Head of Government, Chief Dr. Joseph Dion Ngute, officially inaugurated the Bamenda–Babadjou road.

This major road project stands as a symbol of development, peace, and national unity, opening new opportunities for trade, transport, and social integration. For years, this route has been a lifeline linking the North West Region to other parts of Cameroon. Its rehabilitation and completion reflect the government’s continuous commitment to improving infrastructure and enhancing the living conditions of citizens.

The ceremony brought together government officials, traditional rulers, community leaders, and local inhabitants, who expressed joy and relief at the completion of a project that will boost economic activities, improve accessibility to health and education, and promote regional development.
